Registrations is subject to approval by the website team (even after being paid). "Doctorsclassified.com" reserves its right to cancel registration of any candidate anytime with returning back of paid fees after pro-rata reduction without citing any reason thereof.

"Doctorsclassified.com" membership is restricted strictly to the registered individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of "Doctorsclassified.com" and nor use the "Doctorsclassified.com" service or "Doctorsclassified.com" members data for any commercial purpose, and "Doctorsclassified.com" reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.

"Doctorsclassified.com" helps you promote and advertise your profile. The Registration Charges to "Doctorsclassified.com" website are for getting your profile listed on the website for said period as per your chosen plan. The contact details visible of other candidates is dependent on what they choose to display on their profile.

If at any time "Doctorsclassified.com" is of the opinion in its sole discretion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to be a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, "Doctorsclassified.com" reserves the right to terminate your membership forthwith and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

"Doctorsclassified.com" is a website that is targeted for selected people to advertise. Hence, "Doctorsclassified.com" reserves its sole right to either allow or reject/cancel any membership or cancel a paid membership at any given moment by refunding your fees after pro-rata deduction.

The applicant who is submitting the application for registration, hereby acknowledges and assumes full responsibility of his/her interest in putting up matrimonial advertisement and his / her interest in advertising their profile with purpose of getting married.

A Registered Member, can be a "Paid Member" Or "Unpaid Member". All Unpaid Members have a provisional registration until they become Paid Member and can be terminated at anytime by "Doctorsclassified.com".

"Doctorsclassified.com" may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to "Doctorsclassified.com". If "Doctorsclassified.com" terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken by you.

"Doctorsclassified.com" reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review. The member will have no right to question such termination, which will be sole discretion of "Doctorsclassified.com"”.

You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, your details mentioned in your profile will be visible to other members and you do not have any objection for receiving emails, messages and calls from "Doctorsclassified.com" and other members of "Doctorsclassified.com" as long as you are a registered member of "Doctorsclassified.com". This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions etc.,.

"Doctorsclassified.com" reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees. Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed in "Doctorsclassified.com" Website/App. "Doctorsclassified.com" shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profile.

Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or bulk/junk email to other Members. Although "Doctorsclassified.com" cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the "Doctorsclassified.com" site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

"Doctorsclassified.com" reserves the right to screen communications/ advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.

The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of "Doctorsclassified.com" and its licensors. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by "Doctorsclassified.com" without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. "Doctorsclassified.com" also reserves the right to take legal action against you (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

You understand and hereby agree that "Doctorsclassified.com" may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of "Doctorsclassified.com" violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either "Doctorsclassified.com" and/or its Members.

You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile and to reach out to other Members for the purpose of getting a "yes" node from relevant matches. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to "Doctorsclassified.com" members, are the sole responsibility of the person concerned from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences.

You are solely responsible and accountable for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. "Doctorsclassified.com" does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.

Under no circumstances will "Doctorsclassified.com" be liable or accountable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

b) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

d) promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

e) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

f) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;

g) displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;

"Doctorsclassified.com" reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. "Doctorsclassified.com" also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, "Doctorsclassified.com" is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants. "Doctorsclassified.com" expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

"Doctorsclassified.com" do not authenticate/endorse any information of any profile and hence you as a user need to verify the credentials and information provided by other users. You, shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.

In order to provide the services, we ask for certain personal information to be provided by you which are displayed on the site. The User or Member takes full responsibility of displaying this information and photographs on the website which is online on internet and visible to all. In no circumstance, “Doctorsclassified.com” will be liable or responsible for any misuse of this information or photographs as user member has chosen to advertise these contents with their own volition and choice.

The Members hereby unconditionally authorises and empowers "Doctorsclassified.com" for the above publication.

"Doctorsclassified.com" is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the "Doctorsclassified.com" Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the "Doctorsclassified.com" Service whether online or offline.

All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such Content and "Doctorsclassified.com" reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. “Doctorsclassified.com” does not guarantee to confirm the matrimonial of choice for its members or their personal expectations or any confirmation within any time frame or any paid plan period.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences if any shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India only.

Members agree to indemnify and hold "Doctorsclassified.com", its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

This Agreement, accepted by you upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the "Doctorsclassified.com", contains the entire agreement between you and "Doctorsclassified.com" regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue to be effective in full force and effect.

"Doctorsclassified.com" does not have Refund Or Cancelation Policy. In case a Member wants to delete the profile and do not want to be listed or take service during the tenure of their chosen plan, they can do so by logging-in and through "My Profile" page. However, no refund shall be made from the paid fees.

The Terms and Conditions also includes the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference and as amended from time to time.

By becoming a member of "Doctorsclassified.com" and/or using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally agree and irrevocably confirm that you have thoroughly read and clearly understood the above provisions and further agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
